Order Processing
All orders are hand-prepared with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to serve you globally (excluding some remote regions in Asia and elsewhere):
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Cost: A flat fee of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

We want you to be completely in love with your Coverlab creation. If something isn’t quite right, our process is here to help.
Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Process: Returns must be authorized. Please contact our support team to initiate.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: Available for size or color on non-personalized items (subject to stock).
🌟 Important: Non-Returnable Items
Due to the deeply personal nature of our craft, all personalized, engraved, or custom-designed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This includes any item from our collection—AirPods Cases, Card Holders, Keyrings, Laptop Cases, Phone Cases, Phone Charms, or Ring Holders—that has been modified with custom text, images, colors, or designs specific to your order. We craft these uniquely for you, making them difficult to resell.
For non-personalized, standard items, our standard return policy applies.
The Detailed Return Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Step 1: Review & Contact Us (Within 15 Days)
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return. - Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address within 2 business days. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA. - Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Securely package the item with its original packaging and tags, include the RMA inside, and ship to:

Use a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. - Step 4: Inspection & Processing
We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt and will notify you via email of the status.
Refunds: Timing & Method
We process refunds with the same attention to detail we apply to our products.
- Timing: After approval, a credit is automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply for returns not due to our error, communicated transparently beforehand.
Exchanges
Need a different color or variant for a non-personalized item? Contact us to initiate an exchange. If in stock, we’ll guide you through creating a new order. You are responsible for any price difference and additional shipping charges.
For speed, we often recommend placing a new order for the desired item and following the standard return process for the original once you have your RMA.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in crafting and packing your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
