We specialize in hand-prepared, personalized accessories. Our products are crafted to order, making each piece a unique companion for your story.

• Product Range: Our collection includes AirPods Cases, Card Holders, Keyrings, Laptop Cases, Phone Cases, Phone Charms, and Ring Holders.
• Personalization: Many items can be customized with text, images, colors, or specific designs. Please review your selections carefully, as personalized items are final sale (see Section 8).
• Craftsmanship: Each item is made with attention to detail. Slight variations in color or texture may occur, adding to the unique character of your handcrafted product.
• Service Region: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some remote regions in Asia and other parts of the world. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email upon receipt. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we send a shipment confirmation email.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.

4.3 Order Processing and Shipping

Each order is prepared with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat fee via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall “look and feel”—is the property of Coverlab Case Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

The Coverlab name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are our trademarks. You are not authorized to use any of these without our prior written permission.

When you submit custom designs or text for personalization, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that material solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific order.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our detailed policy is designed with integrity. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details. Key terms include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to their deeply personal nature, all personalized, engraved, or custom-designed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Process: Returns must be authorized. Contact [email protected] to initiate. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Coverlab Case Shop, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of our website and the products sold. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Coverlab Case Shop, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Final Sale Items: A Special Note

We wish to emphasize our policy regarding personalized items. Any product from our collection—AirPods Cases, Card Holders, Keyrings, Laptop Cases, Phone Cases, Phone Charms, or Ring Holders—that has been modified with custom text, images, colors, or designs specific to your order is crafted uniquely for you. These items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition. We craft these with care for you alone, making them difficult to resell. Please design and review your personalized order with this in mind.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Chatham County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
